Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Leatherotics. If there is any issue with your order, we aim to make the returns process as straightforward and fair as possible.

Standard Returns

Most standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

Unworn
Unused
In original condition
Returned with original packaging and tags where applicable

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and checked.

We recommend using a tracked postal service for your return.
Including your order details inside the parcel helps speed up processing.

Christmas Extended Returns

Orders placed during November and December may be returned within 60 days, making gift purchases easier.

Corset Exchange Policy

Because corsets shape to the body once tightly laced, they should be tried on gently over clothing when checking size.
We are happy to exchange corsets for another size if returned in new condition with original packaging.
Corsets that have been tightly laced or worn beyond a basic fitting check may not be eligible for exchange.
Each corset may be exchanged once for an alternative size.

Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Orders

Custom-made, made-to-measure, and bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty.
If adjustments are needed, we are happy to help wherever possible.

Lingerie / Underwear

For hygiene reasons, lingerie and underwear items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Sale / Outlet Items

Discounted outlet or promotional items may be exchanged or issued with store credit, but may not always qualify for refunds.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
