Returns Information:
Returning an item to us couldn’t be easier! Please return unworn items in it’s original packaging with labels/tags intact for an exchange or a refund (excluding Lingerie/underwear)
Refund will be issued to the original payment method, using the value of the item printed on the invoice.
Steps:
- Return Your Order: Please return your item(s) in their original condition to the following address:

UK - Fill Out the Return Form: Complete the attached Return Form and include it in your package.
- Shipping: Use standard tracked delivery (no signature required) for your return.
- Submit a Photo: To expedite your return, attach a clear photo of your completed form. This allows us to start processing your order before it arrives at our dispatch center.
Note for Non-European Union Customers:
Ensure that your return parcel is clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS" or "GOODS FOR EXCHANGE".
Failure to do so can result in customs duties/local taxes being applied. If this occurs, we will either refuse to accept the return package or request that you cover the associated costs.
Our standard return period begins upon receipt of your items and lasts for 30 days. Any orders during the Christmas period, the exchange policy extends to 60 days for all orders placed in November and December.
We encourage careful consideration before ordering, and welcome any queries regarding size selection. We understand some customers purchase items as surprise gifts and may need assistance with size preferences. Feel free to contact us via email or phone for guidance on selecting the right size—asking beforehand can save both time and money for everyone involved.
Corsets Exchange Policy:
Corsets should be tried on over a t-shirt and loosely laced when determining size, as they conform to your body shape when tightly laced. We accept exchanges for corsets for an alternative size, provided the corset is returned in brand new condition with original packaging. Corsets that have been tightly laced rather than gently tried on for size cannot be exchanged. Please note that each corset can be exchanged once for an alternative size; corsets are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellations:
To cancel an order, please contact us via email or telephone, or return the item with your contact details enclosed.
Please note:
- Made-to-order/measure items are non-returnable or refundable, but we offer alterations if needed.
- Orders placed with special offers, promotional prices, or discounts are not eligible for refunds, but we welcome exchanges or issue credit notes for future orders.
- In accordance with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, all other items are eligible for refund or exchange if we are notified and the item is returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt (20 days for International orders). Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. If exchanging, please inform us of the new size or alternative item desired to expedite the process.
Stock Availability:
We strive to maintain a robust inventory to ensure swift order fulfillment, typically within 24 to 48 hours. However, please note that certain items are crafted upon order placement. These products are clearly marked on their respective pages with details regarding expected delivery times, which generally require a production period of 14 days.Gift Vouchers/Credit Notes:
- Gift vouchers can be ordered online.
- Vouchers and Notes are valid for 365 days from date issued.

Our website features a convenient shopping cart system. Simply select your desired items, customise options such as size, colour, and quantity, and add them to your cart. During checkout, you'll proceed to a secure shipping and payment method page, followed by a secure payment page.
For your peace of mind, all orders are encrypted to ensure your security. We operate on a secure server and do not retain any credit card information for customer safety. Your security is paramount to us, and we strongly advise against emailing credit card details. In the event we need to contact you about your payment, we will only refer to the last four digits of your card number, ensuring your information remains protected.
Currency and Pricing Information:
All prices are listed in British pounds sterling (GBP). You have the option to select Euros or USD from the top right-hand corner when viewing any item.
Alternatively, you can use our currency converter to calculate the price in your preferred currency.
Payments:
We accept a variety of payment methods, including PayPal, UK personal cheques, UK postal orders, online transfers, MasterCard, Access, Visa, Barclaycard, Delta, Solo, and Switch Cards. Rest assured, we do not store credit card details or share customer information with any third parties.
PayPal offers the flexibility to pay with or without registration. Additionally, cash payments can be made at a bank counter; please contact us for bank details or refer to the conditions of use section for more information.
Miscellaneous:
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delay delivery of an order without being liable for any loss or damage if the supply of the goods is prevented or delayed for circumstances beyond our control. If you have questions about a garment please contact us before you order, we are always happy to help. Our exchange and returns policy is designed to protect our customers and keep our costs and consequent prices down.
