How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please contact us first to receive a Return Form. You must complete the form and include it with your returned item. The item should be unworn, in its original packaging, and with all labels/tags intact. Our return address is: ABC Returns, PO Box 9068, GL North Office, Gloucester, GL3 9EW, UK. We recommend using tracked delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving your return.

 

What should I do if I'm returning an item from outside the European Union?

If returning from outside the EU, clearly mark the parcel as "RETURNED GOODS" or "GOODS FOR EXCHANGE" to avoid customs duties or taxes. If fees are charged due to incorrect labeling, we may refuse the package or ask you to cover the costs. Please ensure the parcel is correctly labeled to avoid any issues.

 

Can I get a refund for a corset?

We do not offer refunds on corsets but do allow exchanges for a different size, provided the corset is returned in new condition with original packaging. To ensure eligibility, please try it on gently without fully lacing it. Once tightly laced, a corset cannot be exchanged. Each corset can only be exchanged once, so carefully select your new size when returning.

 

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, contact us via email or phone. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If it has already been dispatched, you will need to return the item upon receipt. Include your contact details with the return for quicker processing.

 

What if I ordered a made-to-order or custom item?

Made-to-order and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if the sizing or fit is not as expected, we can offer alterations. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements, and we will guide you through the process of adjusting your custom garment.

 

How do I select the right size for a corset?

Measure your waist at the narrowest point (about 1 inch above the navel). For corsets, select a size that is 3-4 inches smaller than your natural waist. For example, if your waist measures 30 inches, order a 26-inch corset. If you're unsure, contact us for personalized assistance before placing your order.

 

Can a corset help with weight loss?

A corset provides temporary waist reduction while worn but is not a tool for long-term weight loss. It can, however, reduce stomach capacity if worn regularly and combined with a balanced diet and exercise. Consult your doctor before starting any waist-training regimen.

 

Do you offer custom-made corsets?

Yes, we offer a Made-to-Measure service for any item from our collection, tailored to your exact measurements. We also provide a Bespoke service for those seeking custom designs—just share images or a detailed description of your vision, and we’ll create a one-of-a-kind piece. You can also send us a favorite garment, and we’ll replicate it in our premium leather.

 

How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday). For in-stock items, shipping occurs within this window. Custom or made-to-measure items require up to 14 days for production. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. Delivery times are 48 hours for the UK, 3-4 days for Europe, and 7-9 days for international orders.

 

What are your shipping times and costs?

UK shipping costs £4 per order, and international shipping is £8.95. For larger orders over 10kg, the UK shipping is £15, the EU is £25, and worldwide shipping is £45. We use tracked delivery, and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number for real-time updates.

 

What do I do if my item is out of stock?

If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be marked on the product page. Custom-made or made-to-order items generally require up to 14 days to produce, but we aim to restock within 2-5 days and will notify you when it's available again.

 

Can I have my order delivered discreetly?

Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure discretion. There will be no external branding or mention of our store on the parcel.

 

How should I care for my leather products?

To clean leather, use leather-specific wipes or baby wipes for light cleaning. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking leather items. For creases, iron them gently with a cotton setting, placing a cloth over the leather to protect it. Store leather in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent damage.
