Shipping / Discreet Packing

All orders are discreetly packaged with plain packing materials to ensure confidentiality. There is no mention of Leatherotics on the exterior of the parcels.

Our delivery times are as follows: UK orders typically arrive within 48 hours, European deliveries take 3 to 4 days, and shipments to the rest of the world are delivered within 7 to 9 days.

At Leatherotics, all items are meticulously handmade in our own production department. We maintain a robust inventory, and nearly all items listed on our website are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. In the rare event that a size is temporarily out of stock, we strive to reproduce it within 2 to 5 days to fulfill your order promptly.

Shipping Costs:

We offer flat-rate shipping to ensure convenience and value, regardless of the number of items ordered.

  • United Kingdom delivery: £4 per order
  • Worldwide delivery: £8.95 (GBP) per order (additional charges for heavier items)
  • Combined postage available for multiple items
  • All orders shipped with signed-for delivery
  • Shipping to cardholder’s billing address and advised address
  • We reserve the right to not fulfil orders from certain countries due to past fraud instances.

 

All shipments include a tracked service, and you will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

For larger orders exceeding 10kg, the rates are as follows:

  • United Kingdom delivery: £15
  • European Union delivery: £25
  • Worldwide delivery: £45

 

To maintain our commitment to quality service, we use DHL courier for orders exceeding £300. Learn more about DHL at www.DHL.co.uk.

Delivery for large orders to destinations outside the European Union is determined by weight and quantity. Customers with shipping addresses outside the EU should select this option, or we will contact you to discuss courier prices.

We ship worldwide, including to countries such as USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Bahrain.

All orders are subject to verification, and DHL requires a signature upon delivery.
