To begin your made-to-measure experience, select the "Made-to-Measure" option from the size dropdown when placing your order. Once you've made your selection, we'll handle the rest and send you a detailed measurement sheet via email.

Step 2: Provide Your Accurate Measurements
Fill out the measurement sheet and return it to us. We've made the process simple and straightforward, ensuring you get the perfect fit for any of our items.

Step 3: We Review Your Custom Measurements
Our team will carefully review your measurements to guarantee a perfect fit. If any inconsistencies are found, we'll contact you for a quick re-measurement to ensure everything is spot-on.

Step 4: Your Custom Item is Crafted
Once we have your measurements, we'll begin crafting your custom-made garment or product. We typically complete all made-to-order items within 12-18 days. You'll receive updates during the process, and once your item is finished, we'll ship it out and notify you when it's on its way.

As this is a custom-made order tailored to your specifications, exchanges and refunds are not applicable. With a 98% accuracy rate based on the provided measurements, issues are extremely rare. If any concerns arise, our team will work quickly to resolve them and ensure your satisfaction with your custom item.

Step 3: Send Us the Original Item
Once pricing is confirmed, send the garment to our dispatch center so we can begin working on the replication. Ensure it's securely packed for safe transport.
